I requested a minor maintenance issue and the next day it was taken care of by Lorraine. Lorraine was prompt and efficient as usual. In my 3 years renting here there have been several occasions when we needed maintenance and Lorraine has always handled them promptly, professionally and personably. Beautiful spacious apartments. I have never lived in a better apartment complex. Absolutely worth the price. Management and the whole community couldnt have been better. I can not think of one complaint of living here at all. I never had a problem as soon as I put in a maitenence request it was fixed the same day. The elevators are super fast and the place is always clean. Its a great location you can get on the highway within seconds. Also they make getting packages very convienent and easy! Never mis places stolen or lost a package. All the residents I have ran into are super friendly and kind. Pros: Management, dog friendly, maitenance, location, communitiy, ammentities, price, parking, resturants in the area, If you do get a noise complaint the police are beyond friendly (lol), never heard my neighbors, packages, safe!! I recommend this place and I am very, very sad I have to move back to the city of Chicago I don't want to leave and will find nothing like it. If i could pick this place up and drop it in Chicago I would.

Thank you to your emergency assistance and especially to Lorraine who came out at 11:30 at night for an electrical problem. She was prompt, courteous, and able to determine and fix the problem.

This morning we noticed a problem with the refrigerator freezer not operating properly. I sent in a maintenance request and Chuy arrived quickly. He not only fixed the issue but explained why it happened. He was prompt In responding and very professional In handling the problem. Definitely 5 stars and continues the great service we receive from our maintenance team and office staff!

I moved into Hamilton Lakes over a year ago and have absolutely loved it here! The apartments are spacious, clean, and very modern. I don't hear my next door neighbors almost ever (unless they're having a party). The location is excellent too - right off 390, close to 290 about a 15 minute drive to Schaumburg, and a 5 minute drive to the train station. This was my first apartment experience and I couldn't be happier. The staff is also very friendly, and helpful!
